Our placement fee covers the full recruitment and vetting of your caregiver, a tailored matching process to ensure the right fit, and ongoing support from our team throughout the arrangement. It also includes our replacement guarantee (up to 8 weeks cover depending on your plan), access to discounted payroll services through our trusted partner, and even 2 weeks of free respite care (best value plans) to give families peace of mind.

For our Best Value plans, our 8-Week Replacement Guarantee gives you peace of mind. If your carer resigns or is not the right match within the first eight weeks, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

For our Flexi-plans, our 4-Week Replacement Guarantee gives you peace of mind. If your carer resigns or is not the right match within the first four weeks, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

On the best value plan, you are entitled to 2 weeks of complimentary respite placement (T&Cs applied). During this time, we will arrange cover without charging another placement fee. You only pay the respite carer’s salary.

For the Flexi, you can take out a bundle under our respite care for up to 4 weeks at a discounted rate.

No. We believe in complete transparency. Additional costs only apply if you request more hours, agree to overtime, or cover travel expenses — and these will always be discussed with you in advance.

All carers go through a rigorous vetting process. This includes Garda vetting, reference checks, and verification of qualifications and experience, so you can be assured of their professionalism and suitability.

Yes. We stay by your side long after placement, offering monthly check-ins and expert advice whenever you need it. Our team is always available to ensure your care arrangement runs smoothly.

You can choose from two options:

• Standard Fee – A single upfront payment, which is the most cost-effective option.

• Flexi-Option – Pay a smaller deposit upfront and spread the balance over 12 monthly instalments. The total fee is higher, but this option makes budgeting easier.

You can select the option that works best for your family at the time of placement.

We don’t process payroll directly. However, we partner with Smart Payroll, a trusted payroll provider, to make things easier for families. As our client, you’ll receive discounted rates with Smart Payroll, giving you professional payroll and compliance support at a lower cost.
