Live-in Care

Domiciliary care/ visiting care is not always sufficient enough to meet your loved ones care needs and further care may be required. In the past, families in this position had only two options to consider: nursing homes or residential care facilities, both of which meant that they had to leave the comfort of their own homes and prepare for a different chapter in their lives. Thankfully, families have another option which is a positive alternative to nursing homes and residential care, and has now become a first-choice for many families across Ireland, live-in care.

Live-in care allows you to stay in the comfort of your home even if you require 24-hour care. Our live-in carers live in your home with you and provide you with the physical, emotional, and personal care that you require. Live-in care gives you and your family the reassurance that you are cared for throughout the day and night. All our live-in caregivers are fully trained, and experienced in caring for the elderly. They are all fully vetted by Royal Homecare.

They are empathetic and compassionate towards their clients and are an excellent support their client’s family members, who may be struggling to cope with their loved one’s decline. They respect their clients and their family members privacy and dignity at all times.
