Royal Homecare/Fettle Partners for Enhanced Wellbeing

Royal Homecare Clients & Caregivers,

Your wellbeing has always been at the forefront of our mission at Royal Homecare. Today, we are thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership that will further enhance the support we provide to both our valued caregivers and clients.

In recognition of the vital importance of mental health and wellbeing, we have joined forces with Fettle, one of Ireland's leading online therapy platforms dedicated to revolutionising mental health support. Together, we aim to empower you with resources and services that foster a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

As part of this collaboration, we recently hosted a podcast with Fettle, where we delved into the significance of mental health and wellbeing for caregivers and the families managing the care. This insightful conversation is available for you to listen to by clicking here, offering valuable perspectives and tips on nurturing mental health in the caregiving journey.

But that's not all – our partnership with Fettle comes with exclusive benefits for all Royal Homecare caregivers and clients. You will now enjoy a 10% discount on all of Fettle's services, including their confidential therapy sessions, couples counselling and bundle packs. Fettle is also generously providing their iACT Course, valued at €250, for free to each one of you.

The iACT Course, presented by Fettle's Head of Coaching & Clinical Services, Keelin O'Dwyer, is an 8-week program that teaches skills and strategies drawn from an effective form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy known as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (or ACT for short). This gold-standard treatment has proven effective in addressing vicarious trauma, burnout, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and addiction. By participating in this course, you will gain valuable skills and strategies that promote mental and emotional wellbeing.

To learn more about Fettle and the benefits of this partnership, we invite you to explore their services and listen to our podcast with Keelin by clicking here.

We are genuinely excited about this collaboration and the positive impact it will have on the wellbeing of our caregiving community. Your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed, and it is our sincere hope that this partnership provides you with the support you deserve.

Together, we will continue to prioritise and elevate the wellbeing of each member of our community, and we thank you for being part of it.
